I too Stationed in TAKHLI, A/C SparkChaser > 85% of my Work Duty was T/Shooting ALL Electrics for F-105s, EB66 at TRIM PADs, where Spraying began at SUNSET purposefully Minimizing Evaporation, while Maximizing Penetration into Foliage, Jungle, etc. just as DEFOLIANTs/HERBICIDEs were 'Designed' to do.

regarding your Case & Advocate. What was your AFSC and were your Duty's At or Near TRIM PADs, which w/b among largest Factors Qualifying as "Near Perimeter" (500 Meters?! REF: CHECKO).
