Dan, good that you are still pursuing your claim. The admission the VA made in the C&P May 2010 was a great help to me, plus the fact that as a Security Police I qualified as presumptive. It still was 2012 before I had my claim approved. Too bad the VA makes it so hard to get what you deserve. Keep at it.

and open heart surgery.
I finally out of frustration sought the assistance of an attorney group in Rhode Island, C C K. They have successfully achieved an appeal just waiting for hearing date. This group of attorneys handle VA claims.

Hi Dan, I was at Takhli 69/70 355 Security Police. Stage two cancer in 1997, recognized for exposure by the VA and claim conceded to. The VA Compensation and Pension Bulletin of May, 2010 acknowledged the use of tactical herbicides (AO), on the perimeter of Takhli. Hopefully you have been on your claim by now
