Larry, I think you have just proved what others and myself have said all along. I also filed a fully developed claim, but fell short in proving to the VA I worked near the perimeter. Fortunately, I was able to prove that in person at my NOD (Notice of Disagreement) hearing with the VA DRO.I used additional evidence, like map, buddy lette5rs, and NEXUS letters that I did not have when I filed my original claim. Just because you served at Takhli the VA will not approve service connection for herbicide exposure, you have to prove where, why and how you were exposed.
