Francis, take a deep breath, we and other are well aware how the VA approves claims. Bottom line is you must show proof you work on or near the perimeter per the standards set in the VA CP Bulletin dated May 2010. Suzie has done a great job on helping Tahkli vets with all the info she has gathered thru the years. While you can try to get your congressman to harass the VA , it ain't going to work. Ask every vet on this site and they will tell you, only proof working on the perimeter is the only way your going to get approved. The VA has studied Herbicides for years and thats why they only allow Thai vets on the perimeter is because they have already studied how far herbicides travel. Anyway, forget the congressman, do your homework, read the Veterans Appeals Citition website and you will learn dhow the VA really works.
