Problem is we are in a small village and the word goes around very quick......pubs etc. He can say down the pub anything he likes to make me look like the "bad one". As you say its a small village and if they know him they will also know what he is like, as for sure someone will have had dealings with him. I cannot see any court in the land coming down on his side purely on his say so. The fact he needs his van back is not your immediate problem. Getting to the bottom of the cause of the failure is. Good luck, we all have customers like him, thankfully i have weeded them out to date. |
