Thanks for your reply. The clutch/flywheel has been fitted correctly as if it wasn't it should have failed allot sooner than that. Now TPS says that the analysis can take up to a month. At that time they can supply me with a replacement and I have to pay for them but if VW reject the claim and I have already paid for the replacement parts customer will never pay for them . Also if they pay for the parts they refuse point blank to pay for the labour.(what is the point ha?) Now they are telling me that if the van goes to a VW dealer for them to do the job then they will pay for the parts and the labour as long us the orriginal parts havent been abused. Meanwhile I will then loose my time for removing the gearbox and find the fault that already have done. The joy of the motortrade ha?
