I was one of the groud crewchiefs on tail #491, the plane Tim Died in. I have photos of it before and after the crash. It was the left engine Tim died in that night. I had to assist the engine shop with the engine change the following morning. #491 crashed a month later and I have photos of the wreckage too. email me if you want more on this. I remember it vividly also.
