my load crew was out at cursory the night this happened..he did not survive..I was asleep when it happened, and was wakened by the emergancy crews..later the a/c was towed to the wash rack, just behind the 354th weps area, the thai workers refused to wash or go near the a/c. as I remember the troop was so short, that he didn't need to be out there, he was filling in for a buddy..
