Why would Wiaa remove the regional tournament to qualify for state? Top 4 at districts goes onto state with very little to no changes to district requirements. I can only think it's about money drawing more cash revenue while at state. 3 days at the tacoma dome will be missourable. IT WILL BE A RUDE AWAKING FOR THOSE KIDS WHO TRAVEL TO TACOMA JUST TO BE SENT HOME ON THE 1ST DAY. Now it will cost schools so much more money to attend for 3 Days.

Please some who voted this in explain why the board decided to make a change on what has worked for decades...
