Colleen, There is no pre - 1967 map that I am aware of. The "Full Build out" map dated 1966 is the best. It depends if Barry was NCO or not. The old hooches were on the lower left side of this map near the munitions storage area. In late 1966 they had only two H-shaped barracks for enlisted located on the right side of the map. But more were in progress, which is probably what he was talking about. Some NCO hooches in lower right existed in late 1966, nothing else existed in that area in late 1966 (late December), which is when I left Takhli.
