I do think Andrew has some money stashed, but not a lot. He spends his money on what's important to him, namely himself. Not the upkeep of Royal Lodge. He and Sarah lost the ski lodge in Verbier because they defaulted on the loan, but they did keep it for 10 years. I think the late queen kept them afloat, so money management was never a concern. Any money he does have offshore won't support him for more than a few years at most.
