We use TPS at Croydon and have never had an issue, the service has always been good. It we need to return something we ring them to raise a return note so the driver has to call in. The rep has been in this morning and told me that from January VW want all TPS to offer 6 deliveries a day to compete with motor factors, they will also be given their own Post Code areas so no overlaping of TPS suppliers
We always write our own returns note and attach it to the returned part with masking tape, they can never dispute that they did not receive it. If there are any issues we just deduct it off the account at the end of the month, they soon get their finger out to sort it
We did have a big issue with A.R.E and returns, (they never gave you one), now owned by ECP but same staff, we kicked them into touch
