We originally used NW London TPS who were very poor. Appearing on our monthly statement since April is a recurring charge for a Seat window regulator which was returned directly with the driver at the time of delivery as it was the wrong fitting. Obviously no credit was ever raised and nobody at NW TPS has any recollection of it? Fortunately soon after this we were moved to North London TPS who have been the complete opposite and are fantastic with service and knowledge on the phones. Great deliveries and some very nice pastries with orders before 10.00am.
