I am having a few issues with TPS ( VW parts ) accounts department. First problem that 2 lots of returned good where not credited secondly when disputed the inv's, accounts dept marked the wrong inv's as disputed.
They are now saying parts have not been received as there stock is correct, even though I have a returns note for 1 lot . The other lot driver did not issue a returns slip.
Had a battery come yesterday, which I had not ordered, asked for a returns slip, driver gave me the book and said I would have to fill it out as he did not know what to do .
Question is is it just me or are any other having problems with TPS ?
