Hi Steve We have just done a 1.5 DCi Renault Kangoo van belt on a 2004, this is the same, the drive gear just floats on the crank (no keyway). You need to have the correct timing pins to position the crank first. Had to get the locking kit from Renault as no one seems to do it yet (£50:00) Autodata does make it sound straight forward, but neglects to tell you, you have to half take out the cooling fan assy for the timing pin to fit for locking crank (to long) All good fun Peter
