I got in trouble with one of these because I did not realise (and Autodata did not say!) that the crank pulley is not keyed and relies on the pulley bolt to clamp the pulley in the correct position. I recovered the situation by timing the engine with a dial gauge arrangement through No.1 plug hole and timing the cams with the cover off. Good luck, Steve
