I was at Takhli from May '69 to May '70 and worked in the Gun Shop along with David Jones, Bob Bender, Tsgt. Herman Day, and CMSgt. Jack Jackson. 4 star General George Brown came in one afternoon while I was straddled an ammo drum, cranking in rounds. Not easy to stand at attention straddling the ammo drum. He got a laugh out of it.
