Hi Daimian, I replied further up about skimming and have only ever had one vehicle back after fitting new cheapey disks then skimming prematurely, that was a Ford Escort which we skimmed as soon as the judder appeared as this was a fussy customer. We learned from this that when the customer complains of the judder returning you need to let him keep driving for at least another 500 miles for the discs to fully deform to the old hubs then skim them truing them up. The second skim on the Escort sorted the problem out and is still good a year later. HTH John Kennard.
