Hi Mike, << I do have voltage at one of the wires ( 10.4) cant rememebr the other one or not ( memeory!) >> You need to have voltge AT 2 of the pins at the hall sensor plug when disconnected. The three pins should be marked + - and O I think, middle one is normally O which is signal. You must already have the signal voltage at O, otherwise flashing it to earth would not produce a spark.
