    Mike on the dizzy three pin plug you should have on one side 10>12 volts on the other there should be 0 volts (Car ground) these are the feed wires to the hall unit in the dizzy, when rotated you should get a 0 volts pulse out of the center pin,

    I can't remember the year of this car from your last post has it got a crank sensor or not,
