Garage Support: Renault Clio II 1.4 2003 Type BB0P - Code C1621 (DF028) loss of engine speed #

Has anybody by any chance got VISU for a Clio MK2 ( MY2003) Vin No VF1BB0PEG30045368.
Fab No F622189

I have the said vehicle in my workshop with a fault code in the electric steering C1621 (DF028) which refers to a loss of engine speed.

Pin 19 on plug A is where the signal should be coming into (no signal present at time of test) but I am struggling to find the correct pin on either the engine ECU or perhaps it comes from the instrument cluster?

Dialogys appears to be vauge.
