Traced wire back to engine ECU and found that ECU is not switching signal wire to ground.
Output feed is from PAS ECU to the engine ECU. If I "switch" the output feed from the PAS, I can read an Rpm speed in the PAS, so it looks like a new engine ECU.

PS. I wonder if the Sirus 34 is available in free running mode? or I need a "device" that can switch the signal to ground.
