YES... HAND SPRAYERs (GALVANIZED CANS with Push-Pump) WERE SPRAYED BY our HOOCH BOYS AROUND OUR BARRACKS... !! You could SMELL the Same ACRID ODOR through our OPEN-AIR HOOCHEs (Barrack)THAT WAS IDENTICAL TO the SPRAYED ODOR (FOG) AT OUR
TRIM-PADS AT NW END OF TAKHLI TAXI-WAY (RUNWAY)

I was stationed at Takhli Jan.66-Jan 67. I was a two striper crew chief on B-66's. Being a lowly airman I was farmed out for other duties. I re bet using a hand sprayer to spray "weed killer" around the hard stands. Anyone else remember this additional duty? TIA
