Well, my health is failing but I am managing to keep struggling along. Absolutely nothing new in my case. I've been with my attorney now for almost 21 months and no breakthroughs. As a matter of fact, not even a response from the VA concerning my case. It's as though I don't exist as far as the VA is concerned. I was turned down twice (once per year) prior retaining my attorney which is almost 2 years ago now (currently going on 5 years total battle time with the VA). Thanks for your post Mike. Hang in there bud, we're in it together!
