Thanks so much for the info. I did mean the tower at the bascule bridge over Black River. The PHYC now owns the property and has no interest in preservation of the tower or the bridge. I remember an HV tower designation, but I am not sure that it applied here. The tower has been partially dismantled. I took a picture of the bridge in April 1972 from the Military St bridge and is the only one I have of the bridge in the lowered position.
