That old Union Belt of Detroit trackage is operated by NS and CSXT. Each railroad owns one track.
The NS trackage only extends to W. Grand Blvd and rally NS only goes to the lead into the Delray Connecting. They also use the orginal Wabash yard between West End and Harbough.
CSXT still goes all the way to 12th St. to operate their BIDS Terminal.
