No one thought that they'd go through with it, especially since the queen has said no to their plan. So yes, that one got through. But you'd think that knowing what they were dealing with and all the signals leading up to this week Charles would have seen it coming. But that's just it - I do think he knew the plans to relocate and was fine with it. Other people are saying Charles was taken by surprise, but Charles hasn't said anything. Maybe it's to placate William that he'll pretend Harry kept him in the dark. I don't imagine Camilla is pleased, either.
