The first comment beneath the article is interesting. The comment states that the Dimwit Duo hasn't filed form 990 for 3 years and that means Archewell's 503(c) is automatically revoked. Hmmm.
Holt is stepping down "after" the latest financial report was released, when Archewell spent far more on "expenses" than actual donations. Holt is getting the heck out of Dodge. I don't feel for him, he got plenty of money out of Archewell for doing very little work. Meredith Maines is probably suddenly leaving for the same reason....
