last year with all that experience, they went up to Portland and sucked, confused, figuring things out
"players disrespected last year"? how? cause no one was showing up cause of inconsistent play mostly. cause their coach got fired for going 10-10 and getting punked at home vs. Irvine, SB, Davis, etc.....
can you please be specific what you mean by disrespect?
the AD was supposed to be nice, and wait another week, for what?
say what you want about the timing of the firing, the fact is it lit a fire under some butts that apparently the coaching staff had been unable to do most of the year

I totally agree with you Fred. I really feel Monson was not treated well last year. Neither was his staff and the players were also disrespected.
The prior AD had given him a contract extension.
I am very concerned about the play of this yeas team. Most communication by the head coach with players is with Askew. This is a team sport. Askew cannot be expected to develop well as a player with this load being placed on him.
Most of the other team members appear to be trying to figure out what they are supposed to do. We will see what happens going forward.
