Dave, you can tell that DAV rep he is full of, well,
crap. My claim for IHD finalized 12/15/12 for 30%. Those extra bucks in my acct on the first of each month aren't a hallucination.
Make sure you have all your facts and above all, file for HERBICIDE exposure. That's what the VA will admit to.
Also go to the Veterans Benefit Network, or VBN and there is a wealth of information there. Some are a little aggravated with us Thai vets, but most on there know the VA better than the VA.
