Folks I worked on the flight line and perimeter and filed a NOD with the ST. Pete Va back in 2010.
Va sent me a letter saying my appeal would probably be heard in 369 days. I contacted my congressman and this is what his letter told me.
( Out of fairness we process appeals in date of order of receipt. Based on Mr. kasavich's NOD date of nov15 2010, our system shows we have 4690
cases at the same appellate stage with an earlier NOD date. We regret any delay, but you may be assured Mr. Kasavich's NOD is under control and receiving proper attention ) Gee Id hate to be 70 years old and have to wait another ten years. Seem's like this may be Delay until Dead.
