Most of their athletes are not "Jesuit" they are hired guns brought in by BO to make the program relevant.

Unfortunately the head coach is only there because he is in building.

Rumor is most of the kids are out after this year because while they enjoy wrestling they do not enjoy the "Jesuit" life style and school.

After the season they will all enter the transfer portal back to places far far away: Davenport, CdA, Ferris ect.


I know they can recruit but there is also a stipulation that you can't wrestle for a coach at a new high school if you have wrestled for them at a club in the prior 365 days.

I can't remember the exact WIAA rule number it is but I know it's there.

The WIAA and GSL turned a blind eye to this and let it slide.
