Yeah the wizards of smart at the WIAA actually have a system where each school is to investigate itself for violations and then turn themselves in. It is truly incredible how naive and incompetent a governing board can be.
Owen kid and his two buddies that all redshirted last year to get as much of an advantage over their opponents as possible will still get 4 years of HS wrestling and the WIAA will do nothing.
