HS participants and coaches represent a school & a community while trying to qualify for and participate in post season. The majority of HS coaches are in the school system & have a bigger overall role in the development of student-athletes.

90% of HS athletes will not compete competitively after graduation. They will however treasure the memories of what happened during their HS career forever.

HS coaches develop and mold all kids, both academically & athletically, not just the elite kids.

Wrestling for your High School, teammates & community is just a different dynamic than wrestling for Reno world titles. It's not an insult to club coaches, it's just a reality you have to acknowledge.

And they do it all for about .50 cents an hour...
