Peter The information I have gives fuel pressure as 16-24psi.and minimum output at 45litres per hour for the so called feeding pump on the Kugelfischer system.I understand that the injector pump on this has to be bled as on a diesel.This is done by removing the injector pipes and undoing the injector valves on the pump with the feeding pump in operation.It might be worth checking the drive belt to the pump also as you have no fuel delivery.My(limited) experience of these systems has always been problems of excessive fuel.Your local diesel specialist may be able to help if the injection pump needs repair.
