Hi customer wants problem sorted so booked car in for BSI update with local dealer, after 2 days and lost mileage from dash, they billed £82.00 for update. Went to pick up car from their forecourt and same problem no start & immobilizer fault on dash. This time even remote key wouldn't communicate with car. Left another 4 days and they swapped key aerial and CAN Gateway (I presume the unit on the trafficator switch) with another C5 in workshop as our car would not recognize the key but would after these components had been swapped. They left the swapped components in my customers car and said try it out. Whoops I hope someone else doesn't have the same problem. I must say they did not charge for the extra work, so we will watch this space to see if cured. John Kennard.
