Hi Andy, I knew you would have to work on it soon It's not too bad a job, as Andy has said. I usually leave the vent duct in place, but just move it enough to get behind it. The side of the centre console needs a bit of brute force to slide it the correct way to remove(see Rave). The small retaining screw is the worst part to free initially, make sure you use a good fitting screwdriver. When refitting, make sure you screw the screw hand tight & check the flange is square, before tightening fully & all should go back together easily, (by this time you may have slightly red marks on your arms, due to plastic pressing on them & be able to focus while looking upside down HTH Regards Steve
