Hi Andy Thanks for your suggestions, but i don't believe its anything mechanical. The car came in with a small coolant leak from head gasket at front of engine. These jobs(K series h/gaskets) are our bread and butter, doing one a fortnight, we pretty much know all the pitfalls already mentioned. And carried out all tests mentioned before posting here. I`m sure it is something electrical as the scan tool isn't performing on this car as it does on previous 75`s. ie. engine warms up as normal, heaters in car start warming up when you`d expect them to, pressure tester attached to bottle only 3psi at 104.(normal fan operating temp) its only after this it starts to rise gradually, as you`d expect with a fan switch fault. I`ve looked through archives, because i was sure i read on here about all sorts of comm & electrical faults, but cant find anything relevant. Regards Russell
