Hi Chris, thank you for the information, I believe I have covered most of the bases you mention, Michael I am not familiar with VNT Turbos, my understanding from what you say is that the Turbo vanes stick in an inappropriate position, so either under or over boosting, if thats the case I will pull the Turbo off and see whats happening.
