According to my info 17965 = boost pressure regulating limit not reached. possible causes = hoses wrongly connected, blocked or leaking. vacuum unit for turbo defective. boost pressure limiting solonoid N75 faulty. causing loss or reduced power. To check boost pressure= select function 08 (read measured value block) display live data group 011, fully accelerate (pedal to the floor) vehicle from 2000 rpm in third gear to 3000rpm. At 3000rpm take a snapshot. field 1=rpm and should be 3000rpm field 2=specified boost pressure 1800-2050mbar field 3=actual boost pressure 1800-2050mbar if not within spec check air system for leaks check linkage and vacuum unit for boost pressure control check boost pressure control solonoid There is an actuator test for boost valve with engine running( wastegate actuator should open/close 3-4 times) Looking at the pictures there are quite a lot of vacuum pipes and connections. I assume you've checked vacuum at the pump and at the solonoid are the same and is a good value, over 20"? and checked all the boost pipes are tight? Chris
