Found some smart charge patterns posted by Dave Hill
After comparing with with our patterns ,decided to remove alternator and replace with ford one
fault code instantly cleared and system appears 100%
Aftermarket alternator not up to it ?
The ford alternator was on offer and came out cheaper
Everydays a school day
