A few questions regarding the training comment if y don't mind. Do you feel that many trainees are taking full advantage of the courses they attend? Do they question the things that are taught? Do you think that some just see it as a break from the workshop?
Is there a trend toward techs realising the need to train & fill the gaps in their understanding?
