A great rule suggestion was brought to my attention and it may be implemented next season.

Basically a teams picks from 1-3 (or 1-4) become part of your franchise for 3 seasons. So you carry those players you picked for at least three seasons. Drafts after that would be rounds 4 or 5 and on. Meaning you get continuity, etc.

What it would require is that those players cannot be traded unless you get one of those TOP 3/4 guys back.

Also it may require no trading of picks this upcoming season. I'll let you know. But wanted to get your thoughts on it.

It wont change this seasons draft etc.
