Well, I'm glad to hear from someone too.. I get lost on this board sometime and just found my post from six years ago. I sort of let mine drop and never appealed their decision. Now I have gone and have another service officer helping me. One thing I didn't do the first time is get all my records. This time I have ordered them ALL should have them in a few weeks I hope.

I'm reading some good stuff and bad stuff now. I think my problem is going to be collecting letters or documents from people who were there when I was or near that time.


GERALD, GOOD TO HEAR FROM YOU...JUST FILED MY CLAIM THIS YEAR IN MARCH,2012... ALL I GET BACK FROM THE VA IS THAT THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON MY CLAIM AND GETTING ALL MY RECORDS...FROM OTHER VETS THEY TELL ME I HAVE A LONG TIME BEFORE I HEAR BACK FROM THE VA..SOMETIMES OVER A YEAR, JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND BE READY... AFTER ALL THEY ARE THE ONES THAT CAN DENIE OUR CLAIMS AND OFTEN DO, THATS ALL I HAVE BEEN READING ABOUT.
