Mike, you are so right, there are VA claim workers who are now learning about their own CP Bulletin on Thailand vet claims. I bet most VSO have no clue about this bulletin and others. First hint the VA is clueless, is when they ask for boots on ground in Viet paperwork and you have filed for a claim at a Thailand air base. Any paperwork supporting your claim and theirs on the internet need to be added to your support of claim.
