Same is true about the CHECO report. Don't assume the VA people doing your claim know about it. Some would say they have to know about that. Yes, you would think so. But, print out and submit sections of it including that aerial photo of Takhli. It was shot in the late 60's or in 1970 or 71. Along with that submit recent Google Earth aerial photos of Takhli. If you submit it then it's right in front of them and they also know that you know about it. On those photos, mark them showing where you worked. On those photos the flightline areas in particular look the same. Show them that and that you know that.
