All, someone in these posts mentioned the May 2010 Compensation & Pension Service Bulletin...This document needs to be downloaded for use with claims. Pay particular attention to page 3 the paragraph on the right side of this page (3) that begins with “DOD has provided information that commercial herbicides were used within the confines of Thailand bases………” However there is some evidence that the herbicides used on Thailand base perimeters may have been either tactical, procured from Vietnam, or commercial variant of much greater strength and with charasteristics of tactical herbicides.......therefore.........
