Link: Your Thoughts On Open-Back Banjo Choices Welcomed!

My current banjo journey started back in early 2017 when I sought a refreshing break from guitaring. Although the 5-string banjo was my first musical instrument back in 1964, and aside from picking up a few things from Pete Seeger's book, How To Play The 5-String Banjo, I didn't progress too far. After a year or so, I put the Kay 5-string aside and started playing guitar. Fast forward to 2017, and you can read my recent banjo journey from 2017 to the present in the thread at Acoustic Guitar Forum at the link provided at the bottom of this message. That thread contains information from many players on banjos and gear. I know you and everyone will enjoy reading all the comments and looking at the photos in the thread. Folk On!
