Actually, Charles could further clarify things, but they wouldn't like the clarifications. There should be a distinction made between The Royal Family a/k/a/ "working" royals, and The King's Family a/k/as the rest of the relatives. And for good measure, define exactly who is a "royal" and who is not. Many reporters, "experts" and social media content producers who loathe the duo are gleefully reporting that they are no longer family and no longer royals. Yet many of those people refer to Zara Tindall and her children, Peter Phillips and his children, Sarah Chatto's two sons, and every descendant of the Dukes of Gloucester and Kent as "royals". You would think it was blooming obvious that unless a person has been given the honorific HRH, they are not royal regardless of whether they have parents, grandparents, or great grandparents who are royal. Charles did not remove their HRH honorifics, he suspended the use of them. I'm sure the duo will let us know what, in their opinion, needed to be clarified.
