The staff member most likely reported the 'Little Hitler' comment to their Line Manager who the escalated the incident to higher management, who then got the senior management of the task force involved. The guy who tried to add the female staff member to his Facebook was probably caught in the same manner. Also the Royal Palaces involved are not run by a Private company. They are run by a independent charity with a Board of Trustees, which is publicly funded by donations and people becoming members.
